Omni-Play Basketball description

"The ideological sequel to" Magic Johnson's Basketball, one of the greatest basketball simulation of all that has ever been created.

Perhaps the main advantage of this game is its correspondence to real history. Before the player will be nine years the history of basketball, 80-ies, during which you can observe the real difference of compositions of real teams; for some it will be just boring statistical information, of course, but nonetheless. In addition, the game in itself is very exciting. So, there are two main modes: "full" championship, where you from match to match, leading his team to victory in their League, with the ability to maintain your achievements after each stage, and "short", which is a separate simplified quick match, designed, in fact, just to hone management skills of players.

Naturally, the game has some (not very large) number of available basketball techniques, and before the beginning of the game you can set the duration of the match and time-outs, select the color field and so on. In terms of graphics (especially in the Tandy mode, which the modern player by means of what is known are quite affordable) the game looks very nice and pleases not only a relatively clear portrayal of players and the stands of the audience (although, let's be honest, this is not the most beautiful game even for the time), but also very eye-pleasing animation effects.

Overall – quite a decent basketball simulator, complex, but not to the irritation with everything else, and even cognitive potential.
