House of Cards description

Randall Masteller – the person made during his life several computer interpretations of classic card games – known for having had a hand in the emergence of one of the most famous creations of Sid Meier's – Sid Meier's Pirates!, and also ported to the IBM PC a lot of good classic games. But its card games for the computer to say something good, alas, will not work.

House of Cards is a collection of card games. It presents six classic variations, hearts, spades, bridge, cribbage, gin Rummy and little-known in our corner of the pinnacle. But, unfortunately, the full play is not possible – this prevents a hard limit on the number of players that can be only two, and one of them is definitely the computer; that is, even in the hot seat to have a game of cards will not work. Among the options you can select the practice mode in which there will be scoring, and a demo mode where the computer will play with myself.

Thus, taking into account the specifics of the game, interest in it fades incredibly fast, as it does not fully simulate the rules of real prototypes, while it does not add any new features, but only relieves the original. Therefore, despite the nice graphics in all video modes, House of Cards simply nothing to compensate for his handicap.
