Global Effect description

Some strange strategy technically a bit similar to Civilization, with a rather unusual plot.

The General meaning is: we are in the role of the ruler or the people, or nation, you must lead your people (nation) to prosper, and that is very important to understand yourself in the early game, dominate neighbors in the world, survived a global catastrophe. But what exactly – solvable... we do.

Perhaps this is the first "highlight" of the game: before the start we offer a choice of eight worlds, each of which has something terrible. Somewhere came a new Ice age, where most of the land went under water, somewhere around a parched desert after a nuclear war, after it – a complete jungle, and so on. And in all cases, the tactics and strategy of passing is COMPLETELY different – that is, we have actually eight games in one. The level of difficulty for each world, apparently, different. The most simple, as it seemed to me, is "the archipelago" the world, the most difficult desert.

Since all (except the archipelago of the world) the ecological balance of the Earth is broken, you will have, in addition regarding usual development, and to take care of the environment – yet only in places, lying around your settlement. Traditional development seems to be as simple (or rather easy for the usual players): people need buildings that provide housing, food, and energy (for the first time). But the production of energy (do not forget that in any case we find ourselves in an almost "wild" world) is closely associated with environmental factors (extracting energy, you cannot destroy the minimum habitable conditions, more often environmental construction or something like that serve as energy sources).

Of course, some small amount of energy (and energy in the game – though not the only, but the most important resource) you will have initially, but it just not enough even for the normal functioning of settlements, not to mention the possibility of his defense or attacks on neighbors. In most worlds (except, of course, the forest) the basis of our prosperity will become green areas (but ice and desert worlds will have to go other ways), trees in each world are somewhat different.

When green space (or alternative means of recovery of nature) and of energy in your tank will be enough (or you decide that enough of them), you can try to attack any of the tribes living nearby. To do this, first create troops (and the settlement should be developed enough to support military units), and then with the help of special menus and maps to guide them to the direction of impact. To lead the fighting can not, can only give very General orders (including the retreat).

The graphics in the game is quite ascetic, but is much (much!) better than it could be. There is not only the difference of the landscapes of the worlds, you can see how the world changes through our actions, and even to inspect the plantings.
Verdict – good, but objectively difficult strategy in any case is not suitable for entertainment – only for serious, thoughtful and long game.
