Lunar Command

A DOS game was developed by Mallard Software Inc. and then released by Wesson International in 1993, the game was called Lunar Command. Now you can relive the memories by playing it online here.

Lunar Command description

Extended version of the earlier economic RTS Moonbase.

If you've played Moonbase, there is nothing particularly new here, don't wait. For the rest I will explain: we have appointed a ruler to be created on the moon colony of people. People need (in order of importance) oxygen, water, food, normal living temperature, energy, and home (for the first time, then the requirement will be).

Resources we don't have much in the beginning, the colony is completely dependent on supplies from Earth, but the moon has lots of mineral deposits that you need to develop. It is necessary, you need to create your own strong economy, because the game can only be won if your colony becomes independent from the government Land, and this can only be achieved with internal resources (moreover, to achieve independence a little you will need is somehow to live by).

Graphically, since the "first part" (if you can call it that) the game has changed a little, but it's good – the same sweet top-down graphics, the same "moon-white" landscape (in the beginning of the game, the screen COMPLETELY that color, but no need to be frightened), the same extraordinary feeling when the whiteness gradually painted with love drawn simple buildings...

See the review Moonbase. Of course, the game is recommended especially to those who liked the specified game, and at the same time, and all fans of economic RTS.

Now, play Lunar Command online for free on your browser and make your boring weekend fun and full of entertainment.
