Trash It isn't even the national anthem, and this epic ode to meaninglessness, absurd and not bringing any benefit to the pastime, the acts do not fit into any of the laws of formal logic. In the Trash It our hero is a construction worker, not possessing any special skills and is clearly not received even a secondary education. Therefore, the scope of its activities in its essence, utterly simple – the demolition of buildings, structures, structures, structures and all that somehow allows himself to exist and to be stationary on the ground. The act of purification of the earth's surface is carried by big hammer-the hammer and the head just in case protects the sturdy helmet.

But it is actually a little more complicated than it seems at first glance. First, buildings and other objects in the game are different, so their destruction will need to look for and apply different hammers, which in the end will meet more than a dozen, and not every building can be destroyed in the usual blow – so there are as many as three. Secondly, after the destruction of the building, the land will not fully cleared – it appears debris, leave which is absolutely worthless; therefore, its cleaning to use a wonderful cleaner.

Of difficulty (or all-taki is "complexity"?) this is not the end. The games are quite large, and the routes of their passing is not always as trivial as in the beginning. You can destroy almost everything, but that's how it is – is another question. Very often from the hero requires the use of very special abilities – and they have (sometimes I think, why is he working on a construction site because with so much talent in the circus act you can!): he can jump, squat, simultaneously hiding under the helmet that will allow you to crawl under the low beams (and you thought the helmet it just, though?..), to run fast, to lift, carry and even throw various objects and even – attention! – to make the wheel on the hands as a running start before the jump...

But then there are enemies who want to prevent our wonderful friend in his good deed, and a timer (with the accent on "Oh") stop, relentlessly ticking in the left corner of the screen... And here are the real puzzle. Because – Yes, alas, but there is still something persistently without crashing and will have something somewhere to move something somewhere to click somewhere to climb to get to meet with the passage in the hard-priestly term - that is, as it is strange and awful, sometimes you have to think... At the end of each level you need to take a little bell (that is, why - is unclear), and only then let on. The more buildings destroyed, the more points received.

The game do not have to play alone – no, not at all. There's even a single player playing all alone, while co – multiple (minimum of two). And you can play with one computer not only alone, but even four! If you have the opportunity – it is definitely worth a try.

The game was released for the DOS platform in 1997, the prospect of the review is an isometric, is the place to be almost full 3D, albeit not as, of course, accustomed the bulk of "modern" players. Do I need to spread more info about the schedule? If Yes – then please. The solution here is not particularly high, but the quality of drawing backgrounds and character animation are on the highest level. Still some bright (even though that technically is often dark), smooth, smooth, clear; it is possible to "scroll" and zoom the map. With the management, the situation is worse: only two buttons – all described and undescribed above steps, as a result – will have to remember (and before that, even find out) what and how you need to press in order to be able to do something. On the other hand, there is room for independent study, exploration, discoveries...

But the main thing here is the atmosphere, the same philosophy, which was mentioned above. Yes, that philosophy, and nothing less, because production at the forefront of the lack of any philosophy, too, is philosophy. On the one hand, total destruction, and even murder, on the other – no blood, no real violence, no anger. Just destruction, destruction and more destruction is almost complete and universal, but the giver tired from the endless shooting, liters of blood, heavy thoughts and problems of the soul is not another batch of aggression, and peace and harmony. For a limited time, and yet so quiet, without too much of adrenaline and tension, methodical and even some meditative service of worship eliminate anything that interferes with the ground to become smooth. Without a second thought, without any regard for the past, without any thoughts about the future - only uniform hammer blows in the present, one after another, one after another...

In today's world comes not so much games that are not according to their descriptions on the back sides of the covers, but really- would allow a person to relax and unwind, which would be designed for true merriment, "high" and "fun", and quite a long time already is. Trash It – one of these, perhaps the last true representative of the deceased in the industry, but living in the hearts of alzheimera direction.

It's not a masterpiece, is, despite his criminal obscurity, a true symbol, a true Manifesto of spiritual freedom of the clergy and of the Absurd Harmony, in which one is inextricably linked to others. But if set aside pathos of speech – it's just a really great old toy, capable at any time and almost any man to give a huge charge of positive crystal clear without any tinge of boredom. Ten points and highest recommendation to all those who remember the good old days, so distant and close at the same time... And long live the Hammer!..
