Space Miner description

Apparently, the old indie-game created by one man – Charles Harpum.

The genre is space letalka with a side view, but rather unusual. Your main goal here is to earn as much money as possible for the company you work for, and this is to collect with the paddle on your vehicle, the minerals in space (a key game). Other available types of bonuses – a fuel and rocket (because both of these resource in the game end). Missiles are needed to destroy hostile entities (to determine what they are, is quite difficult), moreover – for their destruction you get extra points (i.e. "money"), as of and for the mineral collection. Your ship moves forward automatically, you can only move it left or right. The level is considered completed only after a meeting with the "mother" ship, which you transmit the collected minerals.

This game is brutally difficult, and in the first place – its extremely unresponsive controls. Even if in settings you set the minimum speed of the game, enemies will move fast, and the ship – very slowly, some "ripped" phases. Graphics – only CGA and, I must say, very minimalistic, as no backgrounds here, only the rare faded objects on a black screen. Unfortunately, to call this game good is difficult, but maybe the attention of fans of something complicated she is able to attract.
