Sorcerian

A DOS game was developed by Sierra On-Line, Inc. and then released by Nihon Falcom Corp. in 1990, the game was called Sorcerian. Now you can relive the memories by playing it online here.

Sorcerian description

A rare representative of the "real" Japanese games on PC, but this time still not an RPG, but rather arcade game with some of its elements.

The plot – just fighting monsters in dungeons. Before the game, going to a party of four characters and three classes (warrior, wizard, priest), each with its own characteristics (very slight I must say), that certain weapons and spells available only to certain classes. The more monsters killed, the higher the level became the character. Interesting point – as you progress through the game the characters get older, which is reflected in their portraits.

But still the game can not be called a real RPG, because a large part of the gameplay is fighting in the dungeons with the side view. Graphically the game looks decent, although keep in mind that the characters in most anime-style. The verdict, alas, but only "medium". If you like any arcade with a small role-playing elements that see, but nothing really entertaining in this game I have not found.
