Operation Body Count description

3D first-person Action, which, in the opinion of a great many reviewers of different times and peoples, or is the worst game of this genre ever created, or at least is able to compete with other contenders in the fight for such a worthy title. In my opinion, this game is in any case can not be called bad (and certainly as bad as it said - there are dozens of action'ov worse), it's just a typical example of the "average" thing that should not expect something special.

The game's plot is simple: terrorists have taken over the UN building and controlling every floor, you – special forces fighter and must clean each of these floors from crowds of terrorists. At your disposal there is a decent number of weapons, including rifle, machine gun, grenade launcher, flamethrower, rocket launcher and so on, the basic weapon is a gun with infinite ammo. The essence of the gameplay boils down to killing numerous enemies and, interestingly, giving orders to the other commandos, which can sometimes be found in the building.

What in this case, the game caused such a fierce hatred of the playing public? Generally speaking, partly to understand the criticism. There are no any kinds of terrorists – they all look exactly the same. But the counterargument is that by itself, data of personality are not the only enemies in the game, just need to finish up to the moment when you see a giant evil rat monsters of the green slime and aliens (Yes). "Trash"? Hard to say, for someone like.

There really is not the best for its time graphics, but let's be honest – not the most bad, if you compare with all existing games. Finally, it's often boring to play because even though the terrorists much, but they are stupid and weak, you have health, so to say, well, but this does not mean that the whole game is a walk on level highway, no, here there are hot moments, but they, again, need to get. The game has an Automap for each level, but to use it difficult, and the levels themselves here is just huge, and each has only one outlet to the next, which often have to search long.

Graphics, as mentioned, is not very good, but in General disgusting it can not be called a maximum of outdated for its time, but it is able to like this once it started working. Some creatures drawn even entertaining, the levels have a variety of design with attention to detail, and of bullets on the walls there are traces. So it's not so bad. Perhaps the main drawback of the game is to call it the monotony of it in terms of gameplay and architecture levels. Of course, to explore the FPS genre is not the best option, but all fans of shooters who haven't seen it yet, this thing can be recommended safely. Believe me, it's not as bad as her love to talk.
