Morkin II description

Before us is a free remake of the famous game Julian Canter Chaos: The Battle of Wizards. Unlike the original, the battle can converge only five magicians, not eight. In the beginning of the game you can choose the name and the physical embodiment of the sorcerer, regardless of who controls it - the player or the computer. Before the battle each player receives 25 points of mana that can be spent on various spells. All spells can be divided into three groups: spells of summoning, attacking and improving. The first call on the battlefield of creatures, the rising under the banner of the magician, the latter allows them to strike at the opponent with different force (the stronger the blow, the more is spent mana points, and the latter improve the performance of the magician). The magician and his soldiers have characteristics; it is life, protection, strength, melee attack, strength, ranged attacks, the range of ranged attacks and movement speed. After a phase of cast, there is a phase displacement. The movement of soldier on the cell horizontally or vertically spends 1 point of movement, and diagonally - 1.5 points. If a soldier is near the enemy, he can no longer walk and must attack. To refill your mana, mage or creature must cause damage; every point of damage in melee gives two points of mana, and ranged attacks are one; in addition, the whole mana of the defeated mage goes to the winner.

Overall the game is not superior to the original - except that in graphic terms (made in 256 colors), but if you want to look at classics in a new angle, try Morkin 2.
