Maxit

A DOS game was developed by IBM and then released by Dell Patrick Leabo in 1982, the game was called Maxit. Now you can relive the memories by playing it online here.

Maxit description

A game for two, where the opponent can be both your computer and the other person. The playing field is a square divided into 64 squares. In each of the cells contains a number, and numbers can be both positive and negative. Take turns making moves, players move a cursor through the cells and collect the numbers in his piggy Bank points in an effort to score as higher result. The catch is that the first player can move the cursor only horizontally, and the second, on the contrary, only vertically. Thus, players can not only collect the highest number in the current row/column, but bearish account of the enemy, especially having the cursor in a row or column with negative numbers. Any graphics, except the drawn square, the game is missing, the number in each lot vary randomly, hidden features are also not observed, so more about the game add, perhaps, nothing. Let me just say that the computer plays at a decent level, and overall the game is a great workout for the brain, which is boring to spend time.

Have you ever wondered what kind of video games were played in the good old days? Try playing Maxit online now and we are sure you will not stop playing again.
