A DOS game was developed by Ubi Soft Entertainment Software and then released by Blue Byte Software GmbH in 1991, the game was called Jimmy Connors Pro Tennis Tour. Now you can relive the memories by playing it online here.

Jimmy Connors Pro Tennis Tour description

One of the most famous and old tennis realistic simulator approved by the champion of those times, Jimmy Connors, in whose honor and named; perhaps not the most beautiful graphically (although still very beautiful), but perhaps the most complex in terms of gameplay.

Perhaps this is what the game is and valuable in the first place – even in order to properly throw the ball and not to get them in the net, you will have to put a lot of effort, to say nothing about how to calculate the desired trajectory of the ball or to catch the cunning submitting your opponent... it's All about the features of game control: to exercise flow you need to have time for three (three) seconds to move a yellow cross at a certain angle at a certain distance (this will be the direction and force of impact), and moving the cross slowly, so that will have to suffer.

As already mentioned, graphically the game looks pretty good, you can even enjoy animated stands, but the faces of the players is almost not traced (but they traced themselves, and well also look good and their movements on the court, except that sometimes is too slow). Verdict – entertaining, but extremely difficult (sometimes to the irritation and despair) is a game designed only for the biggest fans of tennis, willing to spend hours mastering all of its intricacies.
