Future Classics Collection description

Future Classics Collection is a well made, well designed and very interesting "salad" of five arcade and logical games.

Having thrown overboard any plot and backstory, office LIVE Studios decided to fully concentrate on the technical side of his collection. Games in this compilation have been varied, interesting, and cute, and an interesting variation of Tetris, and the intricate mazes, and a brutal war of man against fat and junk food - in short, there is in that play, there is something to see.

Management in the Future Classics Collection are very simple: in all five games you will need to use only five or six keys. The graphics and sound design also does not raise any problems. It is worth noting that the developers have provided for each of the five games has three difficulty levels and three game modes: single game "quietly to himself", a single game against the Artificial Intelligence (in the "Split Screen") and even play together against each other on the same computer (take turns or in the "Split Screen").

Not to mention the fact that games against the computer developers have come up with three characters that you have to play. Rob, Stan and Sarah - here are their names. Despite the fact that these guys are still of school age, they play quite well.

And now, a few words about the games:

Blockalanche - curious isometric rethinking of the idea of the imperishable Tetris. The aim of the game is the most effective padding of "glass", and the "ready" lines are not erased. From the very beginning of the game you will be shown how many percent is needed to fill the space to win. Before the unit will begin its decline, you have a few seconds to expand it (the blocks can be rotated only along the X-axis) and/or to change its location. The player also has the right to choose the next block, with whom he will work. Candidates are always exactly three.

Blockalanche was very entertaining. Thanks to isometric "glass" and an interesting concept, the game requires maximum attention and therefore to play it's fun even on the easy difficulty level.

DiskMan - puzzle entertaining arcade game similar to Boulder Dash. Driving Diskman'ω, we need to pick up at the level of the cherished a floppy disk, insert it into a treasured computer, after which open at least the door to which our hero must leap. Along the way we will come across the items (balls, bombs, keys, doors...) which can be moved and pick up, and enemies (black beetles, technoguide clones of Pacman, homing magnets...), which can and should be destroyed.

Our hero has two more obstacles in achieving the goal: the timer and energy, which needs to be regularly replenished through special outlets located on the level. Still good that at least someone stuck in the socket fingers benefit!

Well what can we say? DiskMan is a very good arcade game with varied and interesting levels, which is in its ease of management and consistency of the gameplay can tighten even now.

Diet Riot - deadly game of tasty and Unhealthy food. The young man decided to throw a desperate call to the powerful fast food chains. Its mission is to collect at/the street/the pavilion all the boxes with harmful food and throw them in the large green trash cans. But fast food gives up without a fight only when its buy and eat! So the car left our hero the fatty, sweet, high in calories and harmful to the troops: hot dogs, hamburgers, doughnuts, and other sweet.

Endowed with the ability to walk the infernal food quickly moves around the level in order to jump into the mouth of our hero. From eating "forbidden fruit" the young man becomes ill in her eyes, he starts to get fat, fat in the sides, it becomes hard to walk, and his strength begins to miss only raising one or two boxes (in normal condition, our hero easily picks up 3 boxes of food). And that's not the worst! If our hero will eat three servings of any junk food, then his heart would burst, and the soul (she, incidentally, is also a problem with excess weight) will soar to the heavens!

To avoid this fate, our hero-a loner must learn one important rule:

Every time... Every time, after all the junk food in your stomach is broken xylito-vegetable balance. This can be avoided if you will eat the scattered useful fruit, on which your weight will go into minus. Also helps post exercise which helps to lose weight and restore vitality. Just don't forget to follow heart pressure abuse a rod can you bring to the grave even faster than fatty foods!

Gameplay Riot Diet strongly resembles the good old Pac-Man a, but her language does not turn called "clone". The toy is original and interesting - what else you need from this genre?

Lost 'N Maze - the best, in my opinion, the game from this collection.

Welcome to the maze! Who will win this unequal fight: you, or those endless, dark and narrow corridors? Time will tell...

The aim of the game is clear from the first seconds to find out. This will help you map (which you can see just standing on the spot), TIC marks and all sorts of bonuses. In the future, the mazes will become more complicated and you will often be met with a locked door, which will have to look for red/yellow/green keys.

Lost ‘N Maze is a simple and straightforward game with advanced features. The game can be played in a moderate and at a very fast pace. Bonuses, keys, and chests only complement the process. Great.

Tankbattle tank arcade game with a pretty low tempo game, but with an interesting part of the game.

In this game you control a tank that has the health bar and limited amount of ammunition. Your goal is to reach a protected enemies square bolster purple, blow him, take the object inside (same square and purple, and strengthening) and return to base (hangar from where you go to the beginning of the mission). At any time base it is possible to repair your tank and refueled with new shells. Repaired endlessly, but the shells have a nasty tendency to end even on the base - be careful.

In Tankbattle your enemies are turrets, bombs, and lasers. All this action takes place on one large map. Many levels, and they are very diverse. Playing against a live opponent or the computer, the gameplay changes drastically: you must take the enemy's square and take it to base before the enemy reaches it with YOUR square. You can also win if you can just destroy four times the tank of your opponent.

Who can recommend Tankbattle? I think that this game will appeal to those who love "very calm" arcade in which it is possible to calculate every move in advance. All the rest of the game may seem slow and monotonous.

In General, Future Classics Collection produces a very positive impression. Here you have nice graphics, and a variety of game modes, and, finally, just a quality set of five good games. If you are partial to an old arcade game, you should definitely get acquainted with this collection.
