Chuck Yeager’s Advanced Flight Trainer description

A rather peculiar simulator offering us to try yourself in the role of test pilot. The aircraft will experience exclusively military, for a total of fourteen types (F-16, Sopwith, etc.). Flight physics strives to be realistic, management is not easy, but there is the ability to scale images and available for ten different types of view (as outside the plane and inside it).

As such, the air battles in the game, of course not, but the possibilities are enough without this: you can not only just fly, but to make a contest in speed and maneuvers with a computer opponent, pass air "obstacle" and even take control of the whole link, giving him orders to fly in various formations. Using the "black box" their flight could be reviewed, to compare them with the "ideal" and then to beat.

The graphics for the simulator, admittedly very good, although, of course, almost no detail of the terrain will not be here; on the other hand, this particular simulator is for admiring anything except the actual art of flight and not focused; supported including EGA. Verdict – good game, in a sense, even one of the few, but, unfortunately, can quite quickly become bored, so it is recommended primarily for experienced fans of the genre.

Not sure how to pass your time, why not play our classic videogame Chuck Yeager’s Advanced Flight Trainer online? And the best part, it is for free!
