Wari description
Another unique thing is the computer interpretation of the African Board game Wari (aka Owari) that was played in Ancient Egypt and which is still popular among the Arabs and many of the peoples of Africa, but virtually unknown in the West. Because of recent circumstances it is necessary to refer briefly to the rules of the game.
In vari is played by two people, the playing field is a Board with twelve holes. Before playing each hole are placed four small stone. Moves are made alternately. At each turn, a player selects a hole, and takes out all her stones and "moving" counterclockwise on the hole Board, each of them puts one stone. Everyone has a hole for storage of the stones. If the last stone at the bypass Board is placed in the outermost hole of the opponent, where one or two stones, the player makes a move, takes all the stones, including your own warehouse. If bordering this hole is also at the moment only one or two stones, they are also emptied. The winner is the one who by the end of the game will be able to earn more gems. In fact, of course, the rules are much more complicated, in particular in the game are very detailed system of determining the winner when one player had no stones, but it is outside the scope of a brief review.
In this game – you may have to create the right atmosphere – your opponents are four African animal: giraffe (the weakest player), lion and Zebra (average players) and the elephant (the most intelligent player). Because it is actually moved to the computer Board game, we can evaluate its schedule makes no sense (although there's a wonderful VGA palette). Keep in mind that the game is actually no easier chess or checkers, requires very serious study and intense strategic thinking, so to defeat the elephant without much training, most likely, will not succeed.
