John Madden Football description

American football simulator, named after the famous commentator; in this game, are completely absent managerial elements, "boring" stats and so on – there's only non-stop action. A choice of sixteen different commands.

The gameplay is heavily arcade, perspective review – from above and slightly to isometric, graphics is not particularly pretty, but it players (albeit not too thoroughly traced) there is even a shadow. In some moments there are plans with a side view, then you can see the stands with spectators.

Unfortunately, a lot to tell about this game will not work – it is too basic and does not contain any of the highlights. Worst of all, soon after it came a much improved version, with gorgeous graphics, sophisticated strategy game (but still with a focus on dynamic action) and the same name, but the PC was not in the list of platforms on which it happened... However, the fans of American football you can watch this version.
