Geometrix 2.0 description
Geometrix – German Tetris-like game that is very similar gameplay on Xixit and Chain Reaction. By the way, this instance over the above toy, and characteristics of Geometrix in a few more.
To make it clearer (if all these names you nothing to say), will describe the gameplay: in a glass fall off the blocks consisting of three vertically composed of colored segments, the position of which can be changed without a twinge of conscience. The player's task is to draw up the straight lines of these segments (at least three pieces in a line!) vertically, horizontally and diagonally, of course, to earn maximum points. Assistants in this difficult task are some tools (so to speak): the bomb which destroys everything vertically under it (the entire number of shapes explodes, but those that lie above, remain intact), or magic square, painted a nice gradient, – being between the identical cubes or next to the pair, it performs the function of a missing link and destroys all who touch it.
Since we are talking about puzzles, the presence of helpers and involves the presence of pitfalls: during the game you can detect the blocks of the dummy, which of course hinder the process, but can be destroyed with bombs (such interference is easily disabled in the settings). Over time, the levels begin to be cluttered with individual colored segments (they appear in random places near the bottom), which is also great hamper to score points. However, the most interesting feature that distinguishes Geometrix from similar games, is the participation in the game of two types of segments simultaneously, that is, the complexity is doubled to the delight of the players!
A pleasure for eyes and decoration: the decorations are minimal, nothing distracts from the process, but overall looks very nice. I think that Geometrix could push other games to complete your collection of jigsaw puzzles on your computer. The complexity can only cause the menu is in German, but empirically (on/off points, as well as with the assistance of an interpreter) it is possible to understand what was happening.
