Arkanoid is a true legend among arcade games, whose name became a household word for a whole series of similar games, the so-called "breakout" (even on our website). This is despite the fact that it is - by and large - she is a more advanced version of the arcade Breakout, released in 1976.

In the minimalist story space mother ship "Arkanoid" was destroyed, but a small ship "Vaus" managed to escape. However, it was immediately a captive in a strange place by someone unknown. From there you will have to find a way clear to the "breakout" method.

So, the essence of the game is to hit the falling balls horizontally moving bottom platform and smash them colored blocks. But some of them are not destroyed with the first hit, and there are generally indestructible. Sometimes from the destroyed blocks drop powerups: separation of the ball or slowing; the portal to quickly jump to the next level; extra life; greater platform to install on it to shoot lasers or catcher of balls. When choosing new bonuses, their actions are not cumulative and are replaced, so you need to think carefully about what improvements are needed in one time or another.

In total will go through 33 levels; the latter will have to fight with the main villain, referred to as "DOH". Besides him there are other minor, but sometimes very annoying enemies that fly everywhere and a collision with the balls to change the direction of their movement.
