Graphic design is 1990, and waiting for miracles is not necessary, but it's not so bad: the monotonous landscape of Navy and white - so is it on the moon another?.. And detailing of buildings for those times very good.
Theoretically, the game could be considered the ancestor of all the urban simulation and the degree of detail (not graphics, but gameplay) to give odds to many of them.
